Location Information: We collect the teachers location data to enable them use the Teacher Attendance module. EasyFolios collects this data when the EasyFolios app is running.
Capturing Photos/Videos and Sharing with Parents: Teachers and directors have the ability to take photos and videos of children during various activities or events within the school. These visual materials can then be shared with parents to provide them with insights into their child's experiences and development.
Downloading Images/PDFs/Videos: The application allows authorized users to download images, PDFs, and videos from a portfolio or observation section. This could include documentation of children's work, projects, or achievements, which can then be stored or shared as needed.
Location Tracking for Teacher Attendance: The application uses location data to track teacher attendance within the school premises. This can help ensure that teachers are present and accounted for during school hours, enhancing safety and administrative efficiency.
Provide, maintain, and improve our Services, develop new features, provide customer support to Users, authenticate users, and send product updates and administrative messages;
Perform internal operations, including, for example, to prevent fraud and abuse of our Services; to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems; to conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends;
